Handle IPL/POR, upgrades, and patching**

Troubleshoot OS, performance, and storage issues**

Manage RACF security and compliance**

Perform capacity planning and system tuning**

Support automation, DR activities, and monitoring Requirements : Strong experience in z/OS administration

Knowledge of JES2, RACF, SMP/E, GPFS**
