Key Responsibilities
- Site Management : Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Safety Enforcement : Ensure all workers and subcontractors follow safety protocols, using proper protective equipment (PPE) to reduce hazards.
- Subcontractor/Labor Management : Supervise and coordinate workers, scheduling tasks to meet deadlines.
- Quality Control : Conduct regular inspections of materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to standards and detect issues.
- Reporting : Document daily progress, material usage, and labor hours, reporting findings to site engineers or project managers.
- Material Coordination : Manage in office logistics, including the receipt, storage, and movement of materials to prevent waste.
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
