About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Solutions Architect / AI Automation Advisor to guide and lead our AI and automation initiatives at a strategic and architectural level.

This is a part-time advisory and architecture leadership role intended for a senior skilled with 20+ years of experience in enterprise technology, AI systems, and automation platforms.

The selected individual will be responsible for conceptualizing AI-driven solutions, defining architecture, establishing implementation frameworks, and guiding internal development teams in delivering intelligent automation platforms.

Rather than being involved in day-to-day coding, the role focuses on solution architecture, technology direction, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring successful implementation of AI-powered business systems.

Role Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to help the organization design, launch, and scale AI-powered solutions and automation platforms that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and productivity.

The architect will work with leadership and engineering teams to translate business ideas into practical AI solutions and oversee their successful implementation.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy & Solution Architecture

- Define the AI and automation roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities where AI and intelligent automation can improve business processes .
- Design scalable AI architectures and solution frameworks .
- Establish technical standards for AI platform development and automation workflows .

AI Solution Conceptualization

Guide the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions such as:

- Intelligent AI assistants and chatbots :





- Business process automation platforms :

- AI-based data analysis and reporting systems :

- Knowledge assistants powered by large language models :

- Internal AI productivity tools and copilots

Automation & Workflow Intelligence

- Define architectures for AI-driven workflow automation systems .

- Provide guidance on implementing automation using platforms such as:

- Zapier

- Make (Integromat)

- Power Automate

- n8n

- Design frameworks for automating repetitive tasks using AI tools and APIs .

Enterprise Integration

- Guide integration of AI systems with enterprise platforms including:

- CRM systems

- Internal databases

- APIs

- Define best practices for API-based architecture and system interoperability .

AI Technology Evaluation

- Evaluate emerging technologies including:

- Large Language Models

- Generative AI platforms

- AI agents

- Vector databases and RAG architectures

- Recommend tools and frameworks that maximize productivity and scalability .

Team Guidance & Mentorship

- Provide architectural guidance to development teams building AI solutions.
- Mentor engineers on AI system design, automation frameworks, and prompt engineering .
- Help teams adopt best practices for AI system development and deployment .

Oversight & Implementation Support

- Review solution designs and ensure alignment with architecture standards .
- Support teams during implementation, deployment,



and optimization phases .
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable .

Required Qualifications

- 20+ years of experience in enterprise software development, solution architecture, AI systems, or automation engineering.

- Proven experience in architecting large-scale enterprise technology solutions .

- Deep understanding of AI architectures, automation platforms, and system integrations .

- Strong knowledge of programming ecosystems such as:

- Python

- JavaScript

- or similar languages.

- Experience working with AI APIs and large language models such as:

- OpenAI

- Gemini

- Claude

- or similar platforms.

- Strong experience integrating systems using REST APIs and web services .

- Experience designing enterprise automation and AI-based solutions .

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with:

- Vector databases

- Embeddings

- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Exposure to data analytics platforms, dashboards, or business intelligence tools .

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and deployment pipelines .

Time Commitment

- This is a part-time advisory role requiring periodic engagement with the leadership and engineering teams .

- Expected involvement includes:

- Architecture discussions

- Solution design reviews

- Technical guidance sessions

- Implementation oversight
