Role Overview

We’re looking for a Telecommunication Specialist who can handle inbound and outbound calls, customer queries, and coordinate with our sales and technical teams — ensuring clear, qualified, and multilingual communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client calls in Hindi, English, and Kannada.
- Share information about products and services.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with sales.

Requirements :





- Excellent communication in Hindi, English, and Kannada.

- 0-1 years experience in telecalling / customer support / telesales. :

- Confident, polite, and customer-focused.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
