1. Fleet Management

- Manage company vehicles (buses, trucks, cars, vans, etc.).
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and serviced regularly.
- Schedule periodic inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain vehicle documentation (registration, insurance, permits, fitness certificates).

- Driver Supervision

- Recruit, train, and supervise drivers.
- Prepare driver duty rosters and trip schedules.
- Monitor driver performance and behavior.
- Ensure drivers follow traffic rules and company policies.
- Verify driver licenses and certifications.

- Route & Schedule Planning

- Plan efficient routes to reduce fuel costs and delivery time.
- Coordinate pickup and drop schedules.
- Adjust routes during emergencies or delays.

- Cost & Budget Control

- Monitor fuel consumption and transportation expenses.
- Maintain fuel records and mileage logs.
- Control transportation costs and suggest cost-saving measures.
- Handle transport-related billing and payments. 5. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with government transport regulations.
- Maintain safety standards for vehicles and drivers.
- Investigate accidents and prepare reports.




- Ensure proper documentation for audits.

- Record Keeping & Reporting

- Maintain daily trip logs and vehicle records.
- Prepare monthly transport reports.
- Track vehicle performance and downtime.
- Keep accident and incident records.

- Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with different departments for transport needs.
- Handle transport-related complaints and resolve issues.
- Communicate with vendors, service centers, and authorities.

- Emergency Handling

- Arrange backup vehicles when needed.
- Handle breakdowns, accidents, and urgent transport requirements.

Required Skills :

- Valuable organizational and planning skills

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, transport software)
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
