Key Responsibilities :
- Book loads for trucks through load boards and brokers
- Coordinate with drivers for load assignments and routes
- Negotiate rates with brokers and customers
- Ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Maintain load status updates and documentation
- Handle load-related issues and rescheduling
Requirements :
- Minimum 2-4 years US dispatch experience (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in load booking
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with major load boards
- Ability to manage multiple loads and drivers
