Were looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. Youll manage end-to-end recruitment partner closely with business stakeholders and help us attract outstanding talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
What Youll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned business functions delivering against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source engage and build talent pipelines including for niche and critical roles.
- Screen and interview candidates ensuring strong alignment with role requirements.
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate real-time recruitment data in Workday and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Deliver a consistently positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Contribute to TA projects process improvements employer branding and other recruitment initiatives.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree with hands-on experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
- Strong sourcing interviewing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent communication influencing and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with an ATS; Workday experience is an advantage.
- Proactive curious and passionate about finding and engaging great talent.
