Dispatch : Plan and schedule daily dispatches to ensure timely, error-free deliveries. Prepare sales orders and mandatory dispatch challans.
- Inventory Control : Monitor stock levels for raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts. Issue items only against approved slips.
- Warehouse Management : Keep the warehouse organized, secure, and clean. Conduct regular stock audits.
- Logistics : Verify incoming materials, manage outgoing shipments, and coordinate transportation.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience : Prior experience in store operations, inventory control, and dispatch. Experience in the têxtile/fabric industry is preferred.
- Skills : Knowledge of Excel, stock registers, invoices, and challans.
- Software : Experience with ERP Next and CRM software is a plus.
