Role: Store Keeper

Desired Skills and Qualification :

- Diploma / ITI / Graduate (relevant field preferred) OR Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Store Keeper in site-based E&I; projects :

- Good knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation materials, Tools Tackles, and Erection hardware

Key Responsibilities

- Manage materials for E&I; project work , including Electrical, Instrumentation materials, Tools Tackles, Erection hardware, and accessories :





- Handle site store operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage , and issuance of materials :

- Coordinate regularly with the main store / central warehouse for material requirements, transfers, and shortages

- Monitor stock levels, track consumption, and report shortages or excess materials :

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and material reports

- Support material reconciliation between physical stock and system records

- Maintain proper documentation for Material Receipt Notes (MRN/ GRN), Delivery Challans , and issue slips

- Ensure secure handling and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss

- Assist in tool and tackle management , including tracking and return from site teams

- Communicate effectively with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors regarding material availability
