Key Responsibilities: *Dispatch and manage drayage loads for US operations

*Coordinate with drivers, ports, rail ramps, terminals, and warehouses

*Track containers, chassis, and appointments

*Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of containers

*Handle daily operational issues such as delays, rollovers, and demurrage

*Maintain accurate load details in TMS

*Monitor KPIs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements : *6months-1 years of experience as a OTR/Drayage Dispatcher

*Freshers can also apply

Strong understanding of: *US port & rail operations

*Drayage workflow

*Container & chassis management

*Good verbal and written English communication

*Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
