Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and dispatch :

- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales invoices in Tally :

- Maintain customer records and update sales data regularly :

- Track orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups :

- Communicate with clients for order confirmation and status updates :

- Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and warehouse teams :

- Generate sales reports and MIS using Advanced Excel :

- Handle documentation related to dispatch and billing :

- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and accounts

Required Skills :





- Mandatory knowledge of Advanced Excel :

- Basic / entry-level knowledge of Tally :

- Good communication and coordination skills :

- Strong organizational and documentation abilities :

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up effectively

Eligibility Criteria

- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience :

- Graduate in any discipline preferred

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
