Develop, customize and maintain Documentum solutions including workflows, lifecycles and custom document types. Implement enhancements and patches to existing document applications. Ensure Documentum environment is running optimally and address any performance issues. Develop and integrate intelligent capture solutions for document recognition, data extraction and automated processing. Fine-tune and optimize capture processes for accuracy and efficiency. Maintain and update capture templates and runes based on evolving business needs. Implement, configure and maintain RightFax solutions for fax server management. Integrate RightFax with other enterprise systems and ensure seamless document transmission. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fax delivery, reception and storage. Document all dev elopement work, including design specifications and user guides. Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations, customizations and standard operating procedures. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Participate in meetings and discussions to provide technical insights and support project planning and decision-making. Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices in software development, Documentum, intelligent capture and RightFax technologies. Minimum Requirements: Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any related STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) field of study, plus at least 2 years of experience in the job offered or in any related positions(s). Qualified applicant must also have demonstrated experience,



proficiency, skills or knowledge of the following: Documentum: Content Server version 7.1 or 23.2, Composer 23.2, Administrator (DA), D2, Web Development Kit (WDK), xPlore services, and Content Transformation services. Captiva: Version 7.1 or 16.7, and 23.4 (Intelligent Capture), including Capture flow designer. RightFax : Versions 21 or 24.4. Programming & Frameworks: Java/J2EE, Ruby on Rails (6.0, 6.1 or 7.0), Ruby (3.0, 3.1, or 3.2), JSP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS and .NET. Databases: Oracle (11g, 12c, 18c or 19c), SQL Server (2014, 2016, 2017 or 2019), PostgreSQL, and MySQL. Utilities & Services: IAPI, DQL, DQLBuddy, dqman, RESTful API and Documentum REST Services.
