Job Title: Liaison & Sales Executive (Electrical Distribution Transformer )

Location : Bhopal, MP (Field-based)

Employment Type : Full time (Base + High Incentive)

Role Objective

The primary goal of this role is to bridge the gap between our manufacturing unit and the government/private buyers. You will be responsible for identifying upcoming tenders, and ensuring our products are approved for supply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Government Liaison (MPMKVVCL / MPPGCL / MPPTCL)

- Handle the end-to-end Vendor Registration and Empanelment process on the MP Quality Control (QC) portal.
- Maintain a daily presence at the Bijli Nagar (Govindpura) or relevant Discom offices to track upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate Pre-Dispatch Inspections (PDI) by arranging for inspectors to visit our unit and ensuring "Dispatch Instructions" (DI) are issued on time.

2. Tender Management

- Daily monitoring of MP Tenders , GeM Portal , and CPPP for Distribution Transformer requirements.
- Prepare and upload technical/financial bid documents (with assistance from our Production Engineer).
- Follow up on EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) submissions and refunds.

3. Private Market Sales

- Identify and pitch to Solar Power Developers , Electrical EPC Contractors , and Real Estate Developers in the Bhopal-Indore-Mandiideep belt.
- Conduct site visits to understand client requirements for customized transformer ratings.

Payment & Documentation

- Follow up on outstanding invoices with government departments to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Collect and submit "Completion Certificates" and "Performance Bank Guarantees" (PBG).

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education : Graduate (B.E. Electrical, B.Sc, or B.Com).
- Experience : 1-3 years in the Electrical industry (Transformers, Switchgears, or Panels) is highly preferred.
- Local Knowledge : Must be well-versed with the geography of Bhopal’s industrial areas (Govindpura, Mandideep, Bagroda).
- Tech Savvy : Proficient in using the MP Tenders portal and MS Excel.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (Based on experience).

- Travel Allowance : Actual fuel reimbursement + Mobile allowance.

- Incentives :

- Milestone bonus on successful Vendor Registration.

- % Commission on every order successfully closed and collected.

- Annual performance bonus based on "Total kVA Sold."
