Location: Indore (Onsite Only) Day Shift

Position: Business Development Executive (IT Sales - International Process)Key Responsibilities:

- Work on bidding portals :Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, PPH :

- Generate international leads

- Proposal writing & project bidding

- Understanding project requirements & creating proper project flow

- Milestone planning & management

- Client communication & follow-ups

- Scheduling meetings & handling client calls

- Managing project flow with developers

- Understanding AI, Blockchain, Web Apps & Database projects

Eligibility:

- B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc, MSc
- BBA / MBA / B.Com / M.Com (Business Background)
- Strong English Communication Skills (mandatory)
- Eager to learn IT technologies

Training Structure:

- Initial 3 Months Training Period :

- Training provided on:

- Portals & Bidding

- Technologies (AI, Blockchain, Web, Database)





- Proposal writing

- Client communication & meetings

Salary Structure:

- First 3 Months: ₹7,000 - ₹10,000 (Based on communication & skillset)
- After Training: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 Fixed (Based on performance)
