Responsibilities

- Lead presales, including proposals, solution design, and client presentations.
- Define solution architectures across legacy and modern MACH stacks.
- Guide teams on product integration, scalability, and delivery excellence.
- Partner with sales and delivery to shape go-to-market offerings.
- Inspire engineering talent and represent the organization as a technology thought leader.
- Forge partnerships with niche vendors related to the practice.

Experience

- Strong foundation in Java (mandatory) (plus Python or.NET desirable)




- Deep SDLC experience — from Developer to Architect.
- Proven expertise in solutioning and integration across complex enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹4,800,000.00 per year
