- Job Type : Full-time, Work from Office
- Salary : 18000 to 30000 + incentives Up to 4 lakhs - 5 lakhs/month
- Location : Kolkata (Walk-in)

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Resolve queries related to tickets and convert calls into sales opportunities.

- Handle 15-30 outbound calls from US-based clients and effectively convert them into sales.

- Work comfortably on the night shift.Earn monthly sales incentives in addition to a fixed salary. Requirements :

- Minimum 10+2 education preferred.

- At least 1 year of experience in international sales processes and 6 months in an international BPO.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proven experience in Business-to-Customers (B2C) sales management.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
