Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain a scalable UI component library / design system .

- Define and enforce frontend coding standards , best practices, and review processes.

- Architect reusable patterns for:

- Guide team in implementing modern UI frameworks and tools.

- Ensure UI quality standards across:

- Collaborate with UX to convert design into scalable UI structure.

- Improve build/deployment pipelines for frontend:

- Mentor developers and lead technical discussions.

Must Have Skills :

- Robust expertise in React.js :
