Role Purpose : The General Manager - Accounts & Finance will lead the entire financial accounting function, ensuring accurate reporting, statutory compliance, robust financial controls, and strategic financial support. The role demands deep expertise in Ind AS, GST, real estate accounting , along with leadership of a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Oversee preparation & finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS
- Review GL, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
- Ensure timely books closure & accuracy of financial records

2. Accounting Operations

- Manage end-to-end accounting including: General Ledger Accounts Payable & Receivable Bank Reconciliation Fixed Assets
- Standardize accounting processes across projects
- Ensure integrity of financial data

3. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with: GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, RERA
- Handle assessments, notices, and reconciliations
- Ensure timely statutory filings

4. Audit Management

- Manage statutory, internal & tax audits
- Liaise with auditors & consultants
- Ensure closure of audit observations

5. Financial Controls & Governance





- Establish strong internal controls & SOPs
- Ensure compliance with financial policies
- Maintain transparency in reporting
- Identify & mitigate financial risks

6. Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Support budgeting, forecasting & projections
- Perform variance analysis
- Provide financial insights for decision-making

7. MIS & Management Reporting

- Prepare MIS, dashboards & profitability reports
- Support board-level reporting
- Drive ERP-based reporting accuracy

8. Real Estate / Project Accounting

- Monitor project-wise costing & revenue recognition
- Track receivables & collections
- Ensure compliance with real estate accounting standards

9. Cash Flow & Working Capital

- Monitor cash flow, payables & receivables
- Support vendor payments & treasury coordination
- Optimize working capital

10. Team Leadership

- Lead & mentor finance team
- Drive performance & productivity
- Build second-line leadership

11. Process Improvement & Automation

- Improve accounting efficiency through automation & ERP
- Reduce manual errors
- Drive continuous improvements

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
