Store Executive Job Description

- As a Store Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our retail store. You will oversee daily activities, manage inventory, lead the team, and create a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your goal is to optimize store performance and contribute to our overall success.

Responsibilities :

- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise and guide store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to boost store revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising according to guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and manage budgets, sales reports, and forecasts.

Qualifications :





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
