Assistant Digital Marketing Manager Brand:
Experience: 4 6 years Location: Coimbatore
We're looking for a young, creative, and digitally fluent marketer to join our team as an Assistant Manager Creative & Social Media. If you love curating content, know whats trending on Instagram before anyone else, and enjoy building a brand with personality this role is for you.
Youll help drive our organic presence across platforms, support influencer collabs, coordinate shoots, and keep an eye on whats happening in the lifestyle jewellery space.
What Youll Do
1. Social Media & Content Planning
Assist in creating monthly content calendars for Instagram and Facebook
Schedule and post content, ensuring a consistent and distinct brand voice
Monitor engagement and performance, and recommend tweaks when needed
Create communication (creative and content) for retail in-store events and exhibitions to drive current and repeat footfalls
Create communication (creative and content) for CRM for store and online customers
Create communication (creative and content) for e-commerce business including website

2. Creative Coordination
Work with Creative agency / In House Creative teams to creatives for Campaign communications / Social media post




Share clear briefs and timelines, and follow up to make sure everythings on track
Work alongside product, retail, and in-store teams to keep things aligned
Help plan themes around festivals, product launches, or Gen Z moments

3. Influencer & Shoot Support
Help shortlist and manage micro-influencers and content creators
Coordinate shoot planning, approvals, and timelines
Support with behind-the-scenes coordination for campaign films and photoshoots

4. Brand & Market Awareness
Keep an eye on what similar jewellery or lifestyle brands are doing
Share insights, trends, and ideas
Spot Gen Z content cues we should act on

5. Campaign Shoot Coordination
Based on requirement, Coordinate with Production House / Agency to get BAU Shoot / Collection shoots

Who You Are
4 6 years of experience in Creative, Social media marketing, content, or brand roles
Youve worked with lifestyle, jewellery, or fashion brands (preferred, not mandatory)
Strong sense of design and storytelling for Gen Z audiences
Familiar with Instagram tools, Canva, Google Sheets, and trend tracking
