Description

- Ø Raise PO for Spares on L1 based indent reco

Ø Should be completed within 5-7 days of Indent received.

Ø Place PO with supplier and take confirmation Target - within day before PO release.

Ø Follow up with supplier for material readiness and dispatch within due date Target that includes meeting of delivery date

Ø Track Domestic shipments for on time delivery / Import shipment -PR Target - weekly.

Ø Search for new vendor as per Business Requirement

Ø Target based Activity - Accesses the vendor in terms of their commercial capabilities

Ø Target based Activity and Prepare CSQ for management approval against order.

Ø Target - All Activity with Cost Reductions for spares / engg. items after negotiation with Targeting - 10 % of existing price

Ø All bills are thoroughly check wrt to correctness and put in

Ø ERP Target - within 2 days of receipt

Ø Update vendor master in ERP with complete details for recent vendors





Ø Target - Ongoing Activity - Assess the vendors for their performance, share assessment with vendor and initiate discussion

Ø Target - Monthly Activity - Intimate the vendor for any loss immediately on identification of loss Target - within 2 days of intimation Activity - Ensure Claim received from vendor on ASAP basis Target - within 30 days.

Ø Circulate weekly advance payment & PRPO Report and maintain it on regular basis and keep updated to department heads
