We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Expert who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms while maintaining a strong focus on lead quality, ROI, and business growth.

Job Overview

As a Performance Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-performing digital advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads for our software development, mobile app development, website development, and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

- Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads for software, website, mobile app, and IT services.

- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including:

- Cost Per Lead (CPL)

- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

- Click Through Rate (CTR)

- Conversion Rate

- Configure and maintain:

- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

- Google Tag Manager (GTM)

- Meta Pixel

- Conversion API (CAPI)

- Event Tracking

- Build audience segments, remarketing campaigns, and lead nurturing funnels.

- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, landing pages,



and audience targeting.

- Collaborate with design, content, sales, and development teams to improve campaign performance.

- Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities.

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability and lead quality.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns.
- Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting and funnel optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced execution environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in an IT company or digital marketing agency.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and organic growth strategies.
