Responsibilities :

- Create and manage advertising campaigns
- Generate leads and sales through paid marketing
- Optimize campaigns for better ROI
- Monitor daily ad performance
- Reduce CPC and improve conversions
- Handle Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads




- Analyze campaign reports and metrics
- Setup tracking pixels and conversion events
- Coordinate creatives and ad copies
- Test multiple ad strategies
- Scale winning campaigns
- Solve ad rejection and policy issues
- Manage budgets efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Affiliate Marketing Industry
- Experience in E-commerce Campaigns

Note:Employees who deliver high-performing ad campaigns with strong conversions and company satisfaction during the first month may receive an additional one-month salary as a performance bonus based on their performance and contribution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
