Job Summary

We are seeking a handson AI Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprisescale AI and GenAI solutions for the financial services domain This role combines solution architecture handson engineering consulting and delivery leadership across PoCs and production implementations

Key Responsibilities

Translate business priorities into AI solution blueprints that deliver measurable outcomes across customer experience operational efficiency risk compliance and revenue growth

Architecture Design

Architect secure scalable and maintainable AIML and GenAI solutions for financial services use cases such as fraud detection risk scoring customer analytics and knowledge automation

Define endtoend architecture across data ingestion model development deployment monitoring governance and enterprise integration

Select fitforpurpose tools frameworks and platforms based on business value security scalability and cost considerations

HandsOn Development PoCs

Design build and validate PoCs that demonstrate feasibility scalability and business value

Prototype models and pipelines using Python ML frameworks cloudnative AI services and modern GenAI tooling

Optimize solutions for performance reliability compliance and production readiness

Implementation Support Mentorship

Guide development teams through implementation while ensuring adherence to architecture engineering and governance standards

Conduct reviews resolve technical issues and support deployment and monitoring of AI solutions

Promote best practices in MLOps responsible AI model governance and reusable solution assets

Required Qualifications

12-16 years of software engineering or architecture experience including 4 years in AI GenAI or ML solutioning





Strong understanding of financial services operating models across banking insurance payments wealth management regulatory reporting fraud risk and customer lifecycle processes

Proven experience in building and deploying AI solutions in production environments

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

Handson experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP and AI coding assistant tools such as Claude Code GitHub Copilot Codex or Cursor

Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks such as GDPR and the EU AI Act

Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science Data Science or a related field

Must have skills

Handson experience with modern GenAI patterns including LLMs RAG architectures vector databases agentic workflows prompt engineering evaluation frameworks AI guardrails knowledge grounding and enterprise integration patterns

Ability to engage business leaders technology executives enterprise architects data teams risk and compliance stakeholders and delivery teams to shape pragmatic AI adoption roadmaps

Experience designing productiongrade AI platforms with CICD model lifecycle management observability drift monitoring automated testing security controls cost optimization and reusable platform components





Ability to embed responsible AI principles into solution design including explainability privacy humanintheloop controls auditability regulatory alignment and risk mitigation

Strong handson engineering capability problemsolving mindset designthinking skills and clientfacing communication

Preferred Certifications in AIML along with contributions to reusable AI accelerators reference architectures technical assets or thought leadership
