Qualification: Any Graduate; MBA in Marketing preferred

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience

Employment Type: Full time

Job Summary

We are looking for marketing professionals to develop referral networks, build relationships with doctors and healthcare partners, and increase patient referrals and hospital business.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals, and referral partners.

Identify new referral opportunities and expand patient referrals.

Conduct field visits, health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.





Develop relationships with local communities, corporates, and institutions.

Coordinate with hospital teams and track referral performance.

Maintain referral reports and conduct regular partner follow-ups.

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in referral marketing, hospital marketing, or healthcare marketing.

Strong networking, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Ability to build referral networks and achieve business targets.

Comfortable with field visits and community outreach activities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting is preferred.
