We are seeking an experienced and skilled South Indian Chef to join our kitchen team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes including dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambhar, chutneys, etc.
- Maintain consistent food taste, quality, and presentation
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Handle daily food preparation and kitchen operations efficiently
- Manage stock and kitchen cleanliness
- Work closely with kitchen staff during service hours
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a South Indian Chef
- Salary depend on trail
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
