- Pizza Creation : Assemble pizzas according to, or creating, specialized recipes, focusing on high-quality ingredients and Mexican flavor profiles (e.g., incorporating chorizo, queso fresco, poblano peppers).
- Dough & Sauce Preparation : Prepare fresh pizza dough daily and craft unique Mexican-inspired pizza sauces.
- Kitchen Operations : Operate pizza ovens, manage the prep line, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workplace.
- Quality Control : Ensure consistent quality and presentation of every pizza served.
- Collaboration : Work with the kitchen team to manage inventory and ensure timely service. Indeed +3

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience : Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or Line Cook, preferably with experience in fusion or specialty pizza.
- Knowledge : Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation regulations, and quality standards.
- Creativity : Passion for developing new, innovative pizza recipes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
