Hotel Shri Ji Palace, Haridwar is looking for a skilled and experienced Indian Chef who can manage kitchen operations and prepare a variety of cuisines for our guests.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare North Indian and South Indian dishes :

- Specialize in tawa cooking (no tandoor required) :

- Basic knowledge of Continental dishes and mocktail preparation :

- Handle daily kitchen operations and ensure timely service

- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen

- Manage stock, reduce wastage, and coordinate purchases

Requirements :

- Experience as an Indian Chef in a hotel or restaurant
- Knowledge of North Indian, South Indian, and basic Continental cuisine
- Skilled in tawa cooking (tandoor not required)
- Basic knowledge of mocktails is preferred
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
