Food Preparation : Assist in washing, chopping, and marinating meats, paneer, and vegetables according to authentic recipes.
- Tandoor Maintenance : Help light, operate, and clean the traditional clay oven (tandoor), monitoring cooking temperatures for optimal heat.
- Baking : Aid in the preparation, stretching, and baking of Indian breads like naans, rotis, and kulchas.
- Mise en Place : Organize raw materials, skewer meats, and prepare spices prior to service hours.
- Hygiene and Safety : Follow strict food safety standards, label food items properly, and keep the tandoor station clean and hazard-free.
- Inventory Control : Monitor raw material stocks and report ingredient needs to the senior chef
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
