Job Description:

Position– Business Development | Redevelopment Projects

*Location:* Powai, Mumbai

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Identify and source *redevelopment opportunities* across Mumbai.

- Build and maintain relationships with *housing societies, landowners, consultants, and channel partners*.

- Evaluate potential redevelopment projects based on *location, development potential, feasibility, and commercial viability*.

- Conduct initial *project feasibility and financial analysis*.

- Prepare *business plans, development proposals, financial models, and project presentations*.

- Lead discussions and negotiations with *society committees, landowners, and other key stakeholders*.

- Coordinate with *legal, finance, design, project, and liaison teams* for project evaluation.





- Track market trends, *FSI/TDR/DCPR regulations*, and redevelopment opportunities.

- Support preparation of *commercial terms, term sheets, and development agreements*.

- Drive opportunities from *initial sourcing through negotiation and deal closure*.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective redevelopment projects.

- Prepare regular *MIS, pipeline updates, and management reports* on business development activities.

- Monitor competitor activity and identify current business opportunities in the redevelopment segment.
