Lead end-to-end delivery of customer programs, driving project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and successful implementation of technology solutions. The role combines program management expertise with technical acumen to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

- Own end-to-end program delivery including planning, resource allocation, execution, and governance.
- Drive strategic and tactical project decisions while ensuring delivery timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.
- Manage stakeholders across customers, business teams, and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Translate customer requirements into business and technical specifications while managing scope, risks, and dependencies.
- Track and report key project metrics including sprint progress, testing status, risks, issues, and overall program health.

We're looking for someone who has:





- Experience handling issues that affect project timelines.6+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, preferably within software product or SaaS organizations.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, project planning, and release management.
- Proven track record of driving complex customer implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
