Profile: B2C Relationship Manager

Experience:

- 0-3 years in B2C financial sales, stock broking, demat/trading account sales or client servicing
- Candidates from broking, mutual fund distribution or wealth/financial products sales are preferred

Job Summary
We are hiring an enthusiastic, customer-focused B2C Relationship Manager to engage with retail clients, help them invest, and build long-term relationships. The role covers client acquisition, education on investment products, and solid post-sales service.

- Acquire new retail clients for equity trading and investment products
- Understand each client’s needs and risk profile and recommend suitable solutions (Equity, F&O;, Mutual Funds, SIPs, IPOs, etc.)
- Guide clients through demat/trading account opening, KYC and trading activation
- Educate clients on the platform,



products and market basics to build trust and confidence
- Follow up regularly with clients, hold portfolio reviews and give service support
- Achieve monthly sales, account-opening and activation targets
- Cross-sell and upsell investment products to the existing client base
- Resolve client queries promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate client records, leads and follow-up data
- Keep up with market trends, product updates and compliance guidelines

Qualification:

- Graduate in any stream (Finance/Commerce preferred)
- Prior experience in B2C financial sales or client servicing is a plus
