Sourcing: Hand-selecting the freshest ingredients from local markets and premium suppliers. Meal Preparation: High-standard preparation for [Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner] and occasional hosting/events. Kitchen Management: (Assistant focus) Maintaining a spotless kitchen, inventory management, and assisting the Chef with prep work (mise en place). Safety & Hygiene: Adhering to the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.
