Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end plant operations, production and manufacturing.

Manage production planning, capacity, manpower and material flow.

Drive radiator fabrication, sheet-metal processing, welding and assembly.

Lead brownfield projects, plant expansion,



machine installation and commissioning.

Improve OEE, productivity, quality, FPY and operational efficiency.

Control manufacturing costs, budgets, Capex and plant-level expenses.

Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, automation and continuous improvement.

Ensure safety, statutory compliance and timely customer deliveries.

Lead cross-functional teams and develop second-line leadership.

Preferred Industry Experience: Transformer Radiators / Transformer Components / Heavy Fabrication / Sheet-Metal Manufacturing / Heavy Engineering.
