Profile: Sales Executive (Female)

Experience:

- 1-3 years in retail or showroom sales, in any industry
- Jewellery experience is not mandatory, but is preferrable
- Freshers with robust communication and a presentable personality can also be considered

Roles:

- Greet and welcome walk-in customers warmly
- Understand customer needs, occasion and budget, and guide them to suitable jewellery pieces
- Present designs, explain product features and answer customer queries confidently
- Achieve monthly and daily sales targets
- Prepare bills and invoices using the billing software
- Update customer details, enquiries and sales data on the computer
- Keep track of stock and inform management about low or fast-moving items
- Handle customer concerns politely and escalate when needed
- Build customer relationships and generate repeat business

Qualification:

- Any Graduate
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
- Well-groomed and presentable, with a pleasant personality
