As a Program Manager TA (Volume Hiring) in Noida, you will look after recruitment activities for the Human Resources team in the Technology & Telecoms industry. You will help bring the right people into the business and keep hiring plans moving smoothly.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for volume and specialised hiring requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve hiring targets within agreed timelines.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across multiple sourcing channels.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, SLAs, and hiring performance.
- Manage recruitment campaigns, walk-in drives, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create hiring plans.
- Provide market insights, hiring updates, and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Oversee ATS compliance, recruitment governance, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Support employer branding initiatives through events, networking, and digital channels.
- Drive continuous improvement through recruitment analytics and process optimisation.

We're looking for someone who has:

- Graduate degree from a recognised university; MBA/Postgraduate qualification in HR preferred.
- 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with significant exposure to volume hiring.
- Proven track record of leading recruitment teams and achieving hiring targets.
- Experience in Contact Centre, Healthcare, BFSI, Shared Services, or similar high-volume hiring environments is advantageous.
- Strong experience using ATS and HRMS platforms.
- Expertise in sourcing through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and social media channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, interviewing, and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
