About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Grades X, XI & XII as per CBSE guidelines and syllabus.
- Prepare annual lesson plans, unit plans, and structured academic calendars.
- Develop engaging teaching methodologies to enhance conceptual clarity.
- Prepare students for CBSE board examinations with a focus on result-oriented strategies.
- Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and performance analysis.
- Provide academic mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Participate in staff meetings, curriculum planning, and school activities.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.Ed. degree (mandatory).
- Minimum 5-7 years of teaching experience in CBSE curriculum.
- Experience handling Grades X, XI & XII is essential.
- Strong understanding of CBSE examination patterns and evaluation methods .
