Key Responsibilities: 1. Teaching & Lesson Planning
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials
- Use interactive and student-friendly teaching methods
2. Student Assessment
- Conduct tests, assignments, and exams
- Evaluate student performance regularly
- Provide feedback and support for improvement
3. Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning workplace
- Encourage student participation
4. Curriculum Implementation
- Follow school syllabus and academic schedule
- Complete portions on time
5. Parent Interaction
- Attend parent-teacher meetings
- Communicate student progress
6. School Duties
- Assist in exams, events, and extracurricular activities
- Participate in school functions and responsibilities
Qualifications:
- B.Ed (mandatory for most schools)
- 1-5 years teaching experience
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
