We are looking for a Grade 3 Teacher for CBSE / Cambridge.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons aligned with the school curriculum and learning objectives.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through interactive and age-appropriate activities.
- Encourage creativity and expression through storytelling, role-play, discussions, and writing exercises.
- Assess, monitor, and document student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning abilities and styles.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that motivates students to engage with the English language.
- Promote critical thinking, comprehension, and vocabulary development in students.
- Communicate effectively with parents about student progress, achievements, and areas for development.
- Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning, interdisciplinary projects, and school initiatives.
- Participate in career development programs to stay updated on best practices in English teaching.

Qualifications : Education :

- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, or related field.
- Teaching certification (B.Ed., D.Ed., or equivalent) is preferred.
- Additional certifications in primary education,



language development, or literacy programs are a plus.

Experience :

- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the primary school level.
- Experience in innovative teaching methodologies, including activity-based or story-based learning, preferred.

Skills :

- Strong knowledge of primary-level English curriculum and pedagogical strategies.
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using educational technology and digital learning tools.
- Ability to inspire a love for reading, writing, and speaking English.
