Key Responsibilities :

- Provide counselling and emotional support to students.
- Identify behavioural, emotional, and learning concerns.
- Work closely with teachers and parents to support student well-being.
- Conduct assessments, counselling sessions, and maintain records.
- Organize wellness programs, life-skill sessions, and awareness workshops.
- Guide students in stress management, emotional regulation, and personal development.
- Support students with academic, social, and emotional challenges.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.

Requirements :

- Master’s Degree in Psychology/Counselling Psychology.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in school counselling preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Empathetic, patient, and skilled approach towards students.
- Experience in CBSE/IB/Cambridge schools will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
