About Us Auri Aesthetics is a premium Semi-Permanent Makeup (PMU) studio specializing in Microblading, Combination Brows, Ombre Powder Brows, Lip Blush, and Lip Neutralization. We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for sales and customer service. Job Role This is more than a receptionist role. We are looking for someone who can create a luxury client experience while confidently converting enquiries into appointments. Key Responsibilities - Welcome clients warmly and ensure they have a premium experience. - Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-in enquiries. - Explain services, pricing, and aftercare to prospective clients. - Convert leads into confirmed appointments through effective communication. - Follow up with enquiries and consultations to maximize bookings. - Manage appointments and maintain the daily schedule. - Coordinate with the artist to ensure smooth client flow. - Process payments, generate invoices, and maintain records. - Capture high-quality photos and videos of treatments for social media.



- Maintain studio hygiene, presentation, and client hospitality. - Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks. - Excellent spoken English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Confident in sales and client handling. - Professional, well-groomed, and presentable. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Preferred Experience - Salon, aesthetic clinic, skincare clinic, dental clinic, luxury retail, hospitality, spa, wellness, or front office experience. - Previous experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage. Salary Market-competitive salary based on experience, plus attractive performance-based incentives.
