As a Head Of People And Culture in Gurgaon, you will look after people practices for a Technology & Telecoms, Services business and keep key HR activities running smoothly. You will help create transparent, practical people processes that support the business and its employees.

- Build and maintain practical people policies and processes.
- Work with business stakeholders on workforce and people needs.
- Guide recruitment activities and help bring suitable people into the business.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, from joining through to exit.
- Handle employee queries and help resolve workplace matters fairly.
- Review HR data and reports to support informed people decisions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Improve people processes to make them clear and easy to use.
