Client is a fast-growing manufacturer of premium hygiene and personal care products headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Their product portfolio spans baby diapers, adult diapers, and period panties — categories that are witnessing explosive growth across India's evolving hygiene market.

Job Title: Sales/Business Development Manager/Head

Working days and timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Mon-Sat)

Job Location: Ahmedabad (He has to travel all India locations as per requirement)

Education: MBA Preferred

Experience: 10+ years (into the same role with Dipers/H company would be highly preferred)

Budget (CTC): INR 7.5 to 12 LPA

Key responsibilities:

Person should have strong network & experience of acquiring Key accounts/Manufacturing Contracts from Diapers OR Hygiene Industry.

● BD & Key Account Management - Handle business development and key account management.

● OEM & New Business - Develop and execute OEM requirements and new business.

● Client Relationships - Manage relationships with existing and new customers.





● Enquiry to Commercial - Drive business from enquiry through to commercial closure.

● Cross-department Coordination - Coordinate with internal and cross-functional departments.

● Contract & Terms Negotiation - Handle contract and terms negotiation. Must-have skills

● Excel / Presentation - Proficiency in Excel and presentations.

● Communication & Negotiation - Strong communication and negotiation skills.

● Materials / Structure - Understanding of materials and structure (product knowledge).

● Qualification - MBA / Master’s degree.

Excellent Communication Skills required.
