- Keep talent processes organised and easy to follow.
- Work with internal teams to plan talent-related actions.
- Track key talent activities and maintain accurate records.
- Help deliver talent reviews and related discussions.
- Prepare updates and reports for relevant stakeholders.
- Improve the flow of talent management processes where needed.
