Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support presales activities including RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, estimations, presentations and large-deal pursuits.
- Coordinate with sales, delivery, solution, finance and other stakeholders to drive opportunities from qualification through proposal and closure.
- Manage program/PMO governance including project planning, milestone tracking, status reporting and leadership reviews.
- Support resource planning, demand-supply management, staffing, utilization and workforce tracking.
- Manage financial and operational reporting including revenue forecasting, budgeting, P&L; tracking, invoicing and variance analysis.

Qualifications:

Preferred Experience & Skills:

- Strong experience in Data, Analytics and AI presales and/or program management.
- Experience managing enterprise RFPs, proposals and large deals.
- Solid program governance, resource management and financial management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Exposure to Power BI, Excel, Clarity PPM and Microsoft 365 tools is preferred.
