Job Description:

Act as the primary point of contact between SSC and regional

stakeholders for service delivery, operational priorities and evolving

business requirements.

Oversee regional service performance against agreed SLAs and

KPIs, coordinating timely resolution of key service issues and

escalations.

Drive continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency and

effectiveness in partnership with BEEC service delivery and

transformation teams.

Coordinate capacity and manpower planning with SSC teams and

HR to align staffing with regional service demand and planned

requirements.

Ensure readiness of teams supporting the region through

appropriate onboarding, induction, training and access to required

knowledge, systems and technology.

Support expansion of the SSC service catalogue by identifying and

coordinating opportunities to transition additional services and

upstream or downstream activities.





Provide Finance & Accounting oversight across services delivered to

the region, supported by strong understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R,

real-estate accounting and financial reporting.

Drive effective adoption of technology, automation and recent ways of

working to improve regional service delivery and stakeholder

experience.

Coordinate regional requirements, priorities, dependencies and

changes with relevant SSC functional and enablement teams.

Oversee appropriate cost charging and timely billing for services

delivered to the region.

Maintain strong relationships with regional leadership and

functional stakeholders, ensuring effective communication,

alignment and expectation management.

Provide visibility of service performance, capacity, risks, issues,

improvement initiatives and emerging regional requirements to

relevant leadership
