Profile: Payroll Processing

Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience in salary/payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setup
- Hands-on experience handling payroll for a mix of staff and workers (contract/daily wages)
- Experience with attendance-to-salary reconciliation and statutory compliance

Roles:

- Collect and verify monthly attendance, overtime, leave and shift data from the factory and office
- Process monthly salary and wages accurately and within the due date
- Calculate deductions such as PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, advances and loans
- Prepare salary sheets, payslips and bank transfer statements
- Handle PF and ESIC monthly returns and challans
- Maintain employee master data (joinings, exits, increments, bank details)
- Process full and final settlements, bonus and gratuity calculations
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts for payroll approvals and payments
- Resolve employee salary queries and correct discrepancies
- Maintain payroll records

Qualification:

- Graduate (B.Com preferred) or equivalent
