As a Gm- C&B;, you will look after compensation and benefits work for the Human Resources department in the Transport & Distribution industry. You will help keep reward processes clear and well organised for the Third Party Logistics business.

- Manage compensation and advantages activities for employees.
- Maintain clear records for salary structures and employee benefits.
- Review reward information and keep it accurate.
- Work with internal teams on compensation-related queries.
- Help improve compensation and benefits processes.
- Prepare reports that support reward planning and decisions.
- Keep employee benefit information organised and up to date.
