Job Title: Relationship Manager - Agri-Fin Dealer Crop
Department: Agri Business / Rural Banking
Location: As per business requirement
Grade: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager

Role Purpose

To drive business growth through acquisition and management of agri-input dealers, fertilizer dealers, pesticide dealers, seed dealers, and other agri-related business establishments by offering working capital, business loans, and other banking solutions. The role focuses on portfolio growth, relationship management, and asset quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire and onboard new Agri Dealer customers for business banking products.
- Source and manage Dealer Crop Finance proposals, Working Capital facilities, Business Loans, LAP, and other agri-financing products.
- Develop strong relationships with fertilizer, pesticide, seed, farm equipment, and agri-input dealers.
- Conduct customer meetings, financial analysis, and field visits for credit assessment.
- Ensure timely login, processing, sanction, and disbursement of loan proposals.
- Cross-sell Liability Products, Insurance, Trade & Forex services,



and other banking products.
- Monitor portfolio performance and maintain delinquency within prescribed limits.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Risk teams for seamless loan processing.
- Maintain high customer service standards and ensure customer retention.
- Ensure adherence to KYC, compliance, regulatory, and internal audit requirements.
- Generate market intelligence and identify business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

- Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

- 2 to 8 years of experience in Agri Finance, Rural Banking, SME Lending, Dealer Finance, Working Capital, or Relationship Management.
- Experience in handling Agri Input Dealers, Fertilizer Dealers, Seed Dealers, Pesticide Dealers, or Rural SME customers preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong relationship management and sales skills.
- Knowledge of Agri Finance products and credit underwriting basics.
- Good understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements.
- Financial statement analysis and cash flow assessment.
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
