We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with experience in the Courier/Logistics industry . You will be responsible for client communication, shipment tracking, and coordinating with the operations team.
Key Tasks :
- Track shipments using Air Waybills (AWB) .
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure on-time service.
- Resolve delivery issues and complaints promptly.
Requirements :
- Must have experience in Courier/Logistics operations. :
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
